Before our coffee gets to our consumers, it goes through the industrial toasting process. It is placed in wide, round, machine operated containers that rotate as the perfect, programmed temperature assures a uniform torrefaction.

The furnace is ready to be opened after then coffee is well toasted.

The still hot, toasted coffee is immediately poured into the mixer.

Each produced lot is scrutinized, thus guaranteeing maximum quality.

The outstanding D'Agnilli blends are ready to be tasted either ground fresh at our two own retail stores or at the various other stores that sell our coffee in water and air-tight packs.
