Coffee roasting is a crucial process that involves machinery as well as the art of the roaster. Together they create a unique product, different from the other brands.
Before being offered to the customer, we bring the coffee in the roastery and put it in large containers. Then the machinery uses a rotating movement at an optimal temperature to guarantee uniform roasting.
When the coffee is roasted to perfection, the machinery is opened.
The roasted and still steamy coffee is then poured in the cooling pool.
Every production lot undergoes an attentive and skillful quality check.
